Spring '19 Finals Affirmations Day 1

Hello! Welcome (back) to Finals Affirmation szn. I’m so glad that you’re here. I believe it’s not by accident that you felt drawn sign up or just to click this page. I pray that these posts bless you in a special way!

Day 1 is always a prayer to begin the finals szn. Pray this exact prayer, use it as an outline, expand, personalize, do you, beloved!

Heavenly Father,

You are so good! Thank you for the way you love and favour me. Thank you for your new mercies every morning. Thank you for bringing me to the end of another semester. As finals begin, I ask that you bless me with knowledge to understand the things I’ve learned over the course of this semester. I ask for wisdom to remember and apply all that I’ve learned on my exams. Please guide me for when I don’t understand certain things and give me divine recollection for those times. I ask for strength as I have many tasks to complete and what seems like little to no time to complete them. Help me to be a good steward of my time. Please grant me focus/concentration and help limit my distractions. Above these things, I ask for Your peace that passes all understanding. I know and believe that you are with me during this time so may I operate in the stillness of You. May I not worry ahead of what’s in front of me and may I not forget who goes before me and stands behind me as I move daily. I ask that you grant me favour on every exam, in the sight of my professors and graders, in the sight of my fellow students, in every room I step in, and everywhere I go. I I love You, Lord and I am expectant to see you move during this exam season. May I look back and be able to tell people of the amazing things You did for me this exam season.

You are going to kill it this exam season. Study smart. Eat well. Take breaks. Remember sleep is a necessity, not a reward. I love you and I believe in you! Believe in yourself, okay?
